  1. Hi Ryan, Great job on the room and table! I have a few quick questions: What adhesive did you use for the cigar bands? How easy was the adhesive to work with? You mentioned pre-flattening the bands first; is this why you used the adhesive, or do you need to flatten the bands first when using the adhesive? Thank-you for the help and, again, great job!

    • The type of adhesive isn't important, just something light. The reason you want the bands flat and the stuck down with a small amount of adhesive is because when you pour the epoxy over them you don't want them moving around on you. To flatten the bands I usually just put them under a book for a couple days, that did the trick most of the time.
